Chess Grande is a growing chess education company in Singapore seeking a capable General Manager to oversee daily operations and lead the operational team. The role involves coordinating with coaching leadership, schools, and parents to ensure high-quality programme delivery.

The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years in operations or centre management, strong people leadership, and a proactive approach to improving processes.

Qualificações

• At least 3 years of experience in operations, centre management, programme management or related supervisory role.
• Demonstrated experience supervising employees and coordinating operational activities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the centre, programmes, private lessons and enrichment activities.
• Coordinate with coaching leadership, partner schools and parents to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Lead planning and execution of events, camps and company activities.
• Monitor budgets and resource requirements; establish efficient systems and processes.
