Job summary

Chess at Three Singapore is seeking a friendly, organized operations coordinator to join our Katong V team. You will be the first point of contact for families, handling inquiries via WhatsApp, calls, and walk-ins, and support class sign-ups, onboarding, billing, and rescheduling.

• Provide support for holiday camps, workshops, and special events

• Track and confirm hours worked for payroll

Chess at Three is New York City’s premier chess club for kids, and we proudly launched in Singapore in August 2023.

Our mission is simply to teach children aged 3 to 12 the timeless game of chess through fun stories, interactive games, and imaginative play. By turning complex chess concepts into engaging adventures, we help children learn, grow, and fall in love with chess in no time!

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via WhatsApp, calls, and walk-ins

Who You Are

• Friendly, proactive, and enjoys working with children and families
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Prior experience in education, customer service, or operations is a plus

Working Hours: Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday — 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Location: Katong V, Singapore

Monthly Pay Range: SGD 2,800 – 3,500
