Job summary

Chess at Three Singapore is seeking an organized and energetic Operations professional to oversee facilities, daily centre operations, and logistics for camps and events. The role involves coordinating tutors, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth sign-ups and billing processes across multiple centres.

The ideal candidate will travel between centres, work on weekends as scheduled, and adapt quickly to on-ground operational changes while maintaining high standards of service and safety.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline is required.
• Willingness to travel between centres.
• Able to work on weekends as per centre scheduling.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid operational changes.
• Strong coordination and communication skills across locations.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Facilities management: coordinate maintenance, repairs and servicing for all centres.
• Centre operations and logistics: oversee daily operations and inventory/logistics across centres.
• Holiday camp logistics & operations: lead venue setup and materials for camps, brief camp runners.
• Tutor operations: coordinate scheduling, staffing, and training sessions with tutors.
• Customer service & relationship management: handle inquiries via WhatsApp/phone/walk-ins and assist with onboarding, billing and scheduling.
