Job summary

The role reports to the Director, Q-Commerce (SG) and involves managing third-party relationships and implementing performance standards. Ideal candidates bring extensive operations management experience, cross-functional leadership, and strong project and logistics skills within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant operations experience.
• Experience with central warehouses, distributors, and own stores.
• Experience dealing with regional stakeholders.
• P&L understanding and cost control.
• People management of team leads, warehouse managers, and pickers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dark stores, central warehouses, and distributors through 3rd parties.
• Develop and monitor day-to-day operational OKRs and processes.
• Engage with department heads and external partners to drive goals.
• Plan and analyze metrics to ensure efficient operations.
• Devise growth strategies and implement cost-saving process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws and regulations.
• Formulate, manage, and control budgets.
• Analyze productivity data to optimize staffing and capacity.
• Maintain knowledge of sector challenges and opportunities.
• Design new processes to improve quality and profitability.
