Job summary

DKSH Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Manager, Distribution Centre Operations to lead end-to-end warehouse and transportation operations within the Supply Chain Management function in Singapore. The role focuses on operational excellence, workforce planning, and a disciplined safety culture to deliver on time, in full, and in good condition.

You will drive productivity, SOPs/GDP/GMP/ISO compliance, and Lean/Kaizen initiatives, while developing talent and ensuring high-performance teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with Business Units, customers, suppliers, transport providers, and cross-functional teams; act as escalation point for operational issues.
