Job summary

Infor is seeking a senior leader to coach and manage BDR teams across SENA and India markets from Singapore. You will drive talent development, Go-To-Market execution, and cross-regional collaboration to optimize pipeline and revenue outcomes.

You will hire, ramp, and mentor a multi-territory BDR squad, implement a robust 1:1 coaching cadence, and partner with Sales and Marketing to align strategies in a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading BDR teams.
• Strong talent development and coaching skills.
• Experience with multi-channel prospecting and inbound/outbound mix.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Business Development Representatives across SENA and India.
• Hire, ramp up and grow talent and sales readiness; deliver ongoing feedback and 1:1 development cycles.
• Own Go-To-Market execution through inbound qualification and outbound prospecting.
• Coach on advanced prospecting methods including multi-channel sequences and account mapping.
• Collaborate to elevate global best practices and roll out cross-regional initiatives.
• Maintain regular communication and reporting with Sales and Marketing stakeholders.
