State Street Corporation in Singapore seeks an experienced operations leader to head our Private Markets servicing teams across Asia. The role owns end-to-end service delivery for APAC clients, builds a scalable, well-controlled platform, and partners with Technology, Risk and Finance to drive growth.

You will oversee NAV calculations, financial reporting, capital calls, distributions, and audit cycles, while developing leadership across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or business.
• 10+ years of financial services experience, including 7+ years leading multi-location operations.
• Strong experience in fund accounting and financial reporting for Private Markets structures.

Responsabilités

• Oversee NAV calculations, financial statements and investor reporting across client mandates.
• Manage capital calls, distributions, waterfall and carried interest calculations, and audit cycles.
• Onboard new clients and mandates with smooth transitions to business-as-usual.
• Lead multi-location teams with clear direction, delegation and performance management.
• Maintain risk and control environment, regulatory compliance and issue remediation.
