State Street is seeking a senior leader to run Alternatives Operations across Singapore and Hong Kong, overseeing Hedge Fund and Private Markets servicing including Fund Accounting, Middle Office and Investor Services.

The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, transformation, and strong executive presence to drive growth, risk management and client satisfaction in a multi-location APAC environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business management or related field.
• 15+ years of financial services experience with multi-location leadership.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Deep knowledge of hedge funds and private markets operations, including fund accounting, middle office and investor services.
• CFA, CPA, MBA or equivalent professional qualification would be an advantage.

Mansioni

• Provide senior leadership for Alts operations across Singapore and Hong Kong, covering Hedge Fund and Private Markets servicing across Fund Accounting, Alternatives Middle Office and Investor Services.
• Shape and execute a more integrated operating model across two locations to strengthen end-to-end accountability and scalable growth.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to advance strategic growth, client acquisition and revenue growth.
• Lead transformation across technology, processes, data and controls to improve service excellence and efficiency.
• Own delivery of NAV production, financial reporting and investor reporting with oversight of vendor activities.
