Job summary

State Street is seeking an experienced operations leader to head Private Markets servicing teams across Asia. This role owns end-to-end service delivery for APAC teams and builds a scalable platform aligned to the APAC operating model.

The successful candidate will combine strong fund accounting depth with the ability to lead people, drive change and engage with clients and senior stakeholders. The role focuses on delivering NAV calculations, financial statements, and investor reporting across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; finance, accounting, economics or business preferred.
• 10+ years of financial services experience, including 7+ years leading multi-location operations teams.
• Strong experience in fund accounting and financial reporting for Private Markets structures.
• Good understanding of private markets fund structures and operations.
• Working knowledge of platforms such as Investran / Paxus / Geneva.
• Experience managing complex institutional clients that require significant senior-level engagement.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to present complex matters clearly to senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee NAV calculations, financial statements and investor reporting across all client mandates.
• Lead Private Markets operations across APAC with accountability for service delivery.
• Shape and execute an integrated operating model across locations in APAC.
• Drive transformation, automation and standardization initiatives with Technology and global hubs.
• Escalation point for strategic clients on operational matters and new business readiness.
• Develop leadership bench through talent development and disciplined performance management.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, error rates and client feedback; turn insights into action plans.
