State Street is seeking an experienced operations leader to head the Private Markets servicing teams across APAC. You will own end-to-end service delivery, building a scalable platform aligned to the APAC operating model, and lead client engagement with senior stakeholders.

The role emphasizes transformation, automation and risk management, with a focus on delivering high-quality client outcomes and building a strong leadership bench across multiple locations in Asia.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or business.
• 10+ years in financial services with multi-location ops.
• Strong fund accounting and private markets reporting.
• Experience with global client engagement at senior level.
• Excellent English communication.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Private Markets operations teams across APAC with full accountability for service delivery.
• Shape and execute an integrated operating model across locations to enable scalable growth.
• Drive transformation, automation and standardization initiatives across process, data and controls.
• Act as escalation point for strategic clients on operational matters and readiness of new business.
• Build partnerships with Client Service, Product, Technology, Risk, Finance and regional leadership.
• Develop leadership bench through talent development and performance management.
• Oversee NAV calculations, financial statements and investor reporting across client mandates.
