State Street Bank and Trust Company is seeking a Client Manager in the APAC AOPM unit to serve as the primary client contact and governance lead for assigned clients. You will coordinate with investment professionals, auditors, and bankers, ensuring high-quality service delivery and timely responses.

The role requires a college degree in business/finance, 3–5 years of relevant experience including accounting/financial reporting, and strong Excel and MS Office skills.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience, including 1–3 years accounting / P&A / financial reporting.
• Experience serving institutional clients is preferable.
• Experience in private equity/real estate is preferable.
• Strong interpersonal skills, can-do attitude, meticulous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Primary client touch point for State Street Private Market Solution on the assigned client.
• Manage client expectations with designated client contacts and vendors.
• Oversee internal workflow to meet client requests and SLAs; governance on deliverables.
• Review and prepare client-related correspondence.
• Maintain relationships with investment professionals, investors, auditors, lawyers and banking personnel.
• Participate in special client or internal projects as required.
• Lead and represent the business area as domain expert to provide sales support and client discussions.
