Job summary

State Street seeks a senior leader to run Alternatives Operations across Singapore and Hong Kong, overseeing Hedge Fund and Private Markets servicing, including Fund Accounting, Alternatives Middle Office and Investor Services.

The role requires strategic judgment, operational depth and the ability to influence senior stakeholders in a complex, global organization. You will lead transformation and ensure service quality across both locations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
Strong executive presence with proven leadership of multi-location teams.
Extensive experience in fund accounting and alternative investment servicing.

Responsibilities

Provide senior leadership for Alts operations across Singapore and Hong Kong.
Shape an integrated operating model to support scalable growth.
Oversee NAV production, middle-office, and investor services with risk controls.
Engage senior stakeholders and ensure regulatory compliance and delivery excellence.
Drive transformation, automation and continuous improvement across platforms.
