Job summary

State Street Corporation seeks a senior leader to run Alternatives Operations across Singapore and Hong Kong, overseeing Hedge Fund and Private Markets servicing including fund accounting and middle office. You will drive an integrated operating model, manage complex client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery.

You will lead transformation across people, process and technology, while strengthening controls and risk management in a fast-changing, cross-border environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of financial services leadership experience.
• Experience managing multi-location fund accounting & reporting.
• Strong English communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership across Singapore and Hong Kong for Hedge Fund and Private Markets servicing.
• Shape an integrated operating model across two locations to enable scalable growth.
• Lead NAV production, financial reporting and investor servicing with strong controls.
• Drive transformation, automation and standardization across technology, data and processes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, risk management and program governance.
• Develop talent, succession planning and disciplined performance management.
