Job summary

You will manage a team of data scientists, analysts, and reporting specialists; translate complex findings into executive-ready insights; and oversee end-to-end analytics—from data collection to deployment, governance, and security.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in statistics, math, CS, economics, or related field.
• 10–12 years in analytics with 5+ years in leadership.
• Proven analytics strategy in financial services.
• Experience with ML, predictive analytics, and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement analytics strategy aligned with bank objectives.
• Lead a team of data scientists, analysts, and reporting specialists.
