Job summary

You will extract and analyze large datasets using SAS, SQL, and BI platforms, delivering clear visuals and data-driven recommendations for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in business analytics, management reporting, BI, or data analysis.
• Experience in Consumer/Retail Banking or digital channels is preferred.
• Strong hands-on SAS programming and BI tool experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, automate, and maintain regular performance reports and dashboards for management.
• Analyze portfolio performance, customer trends, and campaign effectiveness.
• Design interactive dashboards using Qlik Sense and translate insights into visuals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate findings and drive decisions.
• Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets; support ad-hoc analyses.
