Job summary

FLEEK TCM, a beauty salon located in Jurong West, is seeking a Full Time Administrative Manager to oversee daily office and administrative operations.

You will prepare reports and schedules, handle HR matters, manage budgets and recruitment, answer phone and email, ensure compliance with company policies, and support management with ongoing and ad-hoc tasks. Proficiency in MS Office and strong leadership are essential; bilingual English/Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of leadership experience with overseeing office operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports, filings, schedules, HR matters, budgets, recruitment, answering phone/email & company records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Support management with operational and administrative tasks plus ad-hoc tasks assigned.
