A well-established consulting firm is seeking a Head of Compensation & Benefits in Singapore. This strategic role involves designing compensation frameworks, driving salary reviews, and advising on compensation structuring to support talent attraction and retention. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of experience in compensation and benefits, particularly in financial services, and a strong analytical capability. Reporting to the Group Head of Human Capital Management, this role owns the design and governance of compensation and benefits frameworks to support talent attraction, retention and performance across the organisation.
