Job summary

The Chun K Culture Private Limited is seeking a dedicated kitchen supervisor to manage daily operations, coordinate food preparation, and schedule staff in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Chinese-style wok cooking is essential. You will help optimize menus, control ingredient costs, and ensure consistent taste and presentation while mentoring junior cooks, with meal provisions and a path for advancement.

• Skilled in Chinese-style wok cooking, ensuring consistent taste, high quality, and stable presentation of dishes.

• Assist in menu improvement, control ingredient costs, and enforce standardized kitchen SOPs.

• Work closely with store management, carry out tasks efficiently, and possess a strong sense of responsibility.

岗位职责

全面负责厨房日常运营管理，统筹菜品制作、出餐流程与人员安排；

熟练掌握中式热炒，把控菜品口味、品质与出品稳定性；

协助优化菜单、管控食材成本，规范厨房SOP；

配合门店管理要求，高效执行工作安排，责任心强。

• Basic kitchen management skills

• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

经验：厨师行业及以上相关工作经验，技术全面；能力：具备基础厨房管理能力，会炒菜、懂统筹、执行力强；

• 6 Days work week / 10 hours a day (1 hrs break)
