Job summary

NIKITHA CONSULTANCY is seeking a skilled cook for a busy kitchen in Singapore. The role involves preparing a wide range of Indian dishes such as naan, dosai, briyani, tiffins and South/North Indian meals, with emphasis on quality and taste.

The candidate should have at least 5 years of kitchen experience, be willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays, and adhere to uniform and safety standards. Strong planning and problem-solving abilities are essential.

• Minimum 5Year's experience in the kitchen room.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of Indian dishes listed in the ad, including naan, dosai, briyani, tiffins and South/North Indian meals.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
• Plan, organize and execute meal preparation with attention to quality and consistency.
• Assist with inventory, portion control and food waste reduction.
