Job summary

Tandem Co in Siglap is seeking an experienced Baker to take ownership of daily baking and production. You will work independently to prepare breads, pastries, cookies, cakes, and other items according to our established recipes.

• Prepare and bake breads, pastries, cookies, cakes, and other baked items according to established recipes and standards.
• Plan daily production and ensure sufficient quantities are prepared for service.
• Maintain consistent quality, taste, texture, and presentation.
• Manage preparation, proofing, baking, cooling, and storage of products.
• Monitor ingredient usage and inform the team when stock needs to be replenished.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic baking area.
• Follow food safety and hygiene requirements.

Tandem Co is a neighbourhood café in Siglap serving freshly baked pastries, breads, cookies, and other café bakes alongside coffee, sandwiches, and gelato. We are looking for an experienced Baker who is able to work independently and take ownership of our daily baking and production.
