Job summary

You will work with multiple cross-functional teams to ensure performance, quality, and cost targets are met. The role emphasizes coding proficiency (Python, C++), understanding of CMOS/DRAM fundamentals, and hands-on testing across wafer and package levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, CS, or related field.
• Strong coding in Python and C++.
• Familiarity with CMOS, DRAM, and basic device physics.

Responsibilities

• Reliability test program coding for HBM device and package qualification.
• Root cause understanding and resolution of reliability test issues.
• Promote innovation and drive changes in reliability features and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Fab, HBM Tech Development, HBM Design, System Development and Quality/Reliability teams.
• Analyze data with in-house statistical tools for validation and risk assessment.
• Define hardware interface specs and validate new interface boards.
• Make decisions on risk analysis and project prioritization.
• Mentor and develop team members; contribute to project management and process improvements.
