Roles and Responsibilities
- Supporting haulage transport team: Delivering a high level of customer service within heavy haulage operations.
- Liaising with local authorities: Completing administrative tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintaining customer accounts: Setting up accounts correctly and ensuring all necessary documents are completed to raise invoices accurately.
- Processing invoices, billings and other general administrative tasks.
- Responding to customer queries in a timely manner.
- Booking vehicles: Booking vehicles onto ferry crossings and providing hotel bookings for heavy haulage personnel.
- Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coordination in emails with customers, yards and PSA.
- IT skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Organizational skills: Strong organizational skills.
- Previous experience: Previous experience working in a business‑based administration role is preferred.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Haulage, Logistics/Supply chain, container shipment, shipping, container loading and unloading, audit and container tracking is an advantage.
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level and above.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with carriers, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Singaporean only.
