Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is looking for a Haulage Admin to support transport operations and ensure efficient service delivery. The role requires at least 2 years of experience in logistics and a minimum GCE ‘O’ Level. Responsibilities include managing customer accounts, processing invoices, and liaising with local authorities. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. This position is open to Singaporeans only.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Supporting haulage transport team: Delivering a high level of customer service within heavy haulage operations.
  • Liaising with local authorities: Completing administrative tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining customer accounts: Setting up accounts correctly and ensuring all necessary documents are completed to raise invoices accurately.
  • Processing invoices, billings and other general administrative tasks.
  • Responding to customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Booking vehicles: Booking vehicles onto ferry crossings and providing hotel bookings for heavy haulage personnel.
  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coordination in emails with customers, yards and PSA.
  • IT skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Organizational skills: Strong organizational skills.
  • Previous experience: Previous experience working in a business‑based administration role is preferred.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Haulage, Logistics/Supply chain, container shipment, shipping, container loading and unloading, audit and container tracking is an advantage.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with carriers, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
