Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
• Point of contact for escalated communications between stakeholders and service providers, ensuring procedures and reporting formats are followed.
• Arrange for regular maintenance of equipment and act as first-responder for faults.
• Review data from work orders and present performance reports; suggest efficiency improvements.
• Conduct market research and compare costs when evaluating vendors.
• Monitor facility expenses and budgetary considerations.
• Solve complex problems to meet team objectives and develop new techniques as needed.
• Lead by example and promote CBRE RI SE values while building consensus.
