Qualifications

• Prior shift management or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities.
• Act as point of contact for escalated communications between stakeholders and service providers.
• Arrange regular maintenance of equipment and troubleshoot faults.
• Review work order data and present performance/status reports to management.
• Conduct vendor market research and cost-benefit evaluations.
• Track facility expenses, both regular and ad-hoc.
• Resolve complex problems to meet team objectives.
• Develop new techniques to help the team meet objectives.
• Impact team and related teams' objectives.
• Ensure outcomes positively impact customer objectives.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values.
