Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and handle inquiries and appointments professionally.
• Manage front desk tasks: registration, appointments, payments, and billing.
• Maintain clinic hygiene, housekeeping, and tidiness across reception and treatment areas.
• Support clinic operations and assist TCM therapist as required.
• Restock and organize clinic supplies and ensure proper storage.
