Job summary

Hong Ming Ptd Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily activities across production, installation, warehouse and delivery, ensuring projects are completed accurately and on schedule.

You will coordinate closely with sales, production and site teams, plan manpower, monitor progress and proactively resolve delays while maintaining safety and quality standards. This role demands hands-on leadership in a fast-moving SME environment.

Qualifications

3–5 years in operations or project coordination in related industry.
Strong planning and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on and able to manage a diverse team.
Ability to work independently and take ownership.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations including production, installation, delivery, and scheduling.
Coordinate with sales, production, and installers to ensure on-time order fulfilment.
Plan manpower according to installation schedules and priorities.
Monitor progress and resolve delays and issues.
Handover orders from sales to operations with clear information.
Supervise staff, ensure procedures, hours, safety, and accountability.
Improve workflows with SOPs to reduce costs and mistakes.
Monitor materials, stock, equipment, and resources.
Handle customer/site issues professionally and coordinate rectifications.
