Job summary

AMPRO BUILDERS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operational activities across projects and administrative functions.

You will coordinate manpower, vehicles, equipment, and resources, ensuring schedules align with project needs and client requirements. The role requires strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills, with a minimum of five years in operations or related management functions within engineering, construction, or logistics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, administration, logistics, production or project support.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee day-to-day operational activities to support business and project operations.
• Coordinate manpower, vehicles, equipment, materials and other resources according to project needs.
• Monitor schedules and ensure resources are deployed to required work locations.
• Liaise with project teams, clients, contractors and suppliers on operational requirements.
