Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. in Tampines seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead manufacturing, warehouse and logistics, driving productivity, quality and continuous improvement in a fast-paced shift-based environment.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or related field and at least 5 years’ experience in operations management. You will oversee end-to-end operations, monitor key KPIs, manage MRB processes and collaborate cross-functionally with QA, Engineering

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics or operations management.
• At least 3 years of people management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in electronics, server manufacturing, EMS, semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse and material management.
• Familiar with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of Singapore WSH requirements.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, shift-based manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing, warehouse and logistics operations to achieve production targets.
• Manage the MRB process and disposition of non-conforming materials.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Production and Supply Chain to resolve issues.
• Monitor KPIs including productivity, inventory accuracy, quality and delivery performance.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to improve efficiency.
• Oversee warehouse inventory, cycle counts, stock accuracy and material movement.
• Ensure timely material supply to production and shipment of finished goods.
• Lead, coach and develop operations teams including workforce planning and performance management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across productivity, quality and cost.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health requirements and company policies.
