Job summary

Violet Oon Singapore is seeking an experienced and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee operational excellence across all outlets. This role leads daily operations, ensures service standards, and drives manpower efficiency while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will work with Restaurant and Bar Managers, mentor teams, conduct SOP audits, manage staffing, and support senior management in achieving business goals. The role is on the floor, hands-on, across all locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in F&B or hospitality operations management.
• Strong leadership in high-volume environments.
• Hands-on and service-oriented leadership style.
• Excellent communication and people management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support daily outlet operations across assigned outlets.
• Be fully hands-on in operations and support service teams during operational periods.
• Uphold company-wide service standards and guest experience expectations.
• Conduct operational audits and spot checks on SOP compliance, cleanliness, and manpower deployment.
• Support operational improvements and service enhancement initiatives.
• Oversee VIP events, group bookings, festive operations, and special occasions.
