Job summary

Violet Oon Singapore seeks a hospitality professional to oversee guests’ dining experiences from arrival to departure, ensuring satisfaction and warmth in every interaction.

You will prepare beverages, maintain bar presentation, and uphold sanitation standards while meeting beverage sales targets through upselling. You’ll assist with stock, par levels, and assist the manager on events and beverage requirements.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to upsell beverages and menu items.
• Knowledge of bar standards, cleanliness, and safety procedures.
• Experience with inventory and stock management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure dining experience of guests from arrival to departure.
• Prepare beverages, maintain bar presentation and cleanliness.
• Comply with safety and sanitation regulations.
• Upsell and promote beverages to guests to meet sales targets.
• Assist in inventory, par levels, and stock ordering.
• Coordinate with the manager on events/beverage requirements.
