is looking for a Restaurant Operations Manager to lead daily guest services, manage staff, and drive sales against budget. You will oversee labour cost controls, coordinate with purchasing and kitchen teams, and ensure compliance with SOPs and sanitation standards. Responsibilities include supervising staff, driving revenue growth, training, and maintaining high service levels in a fast-paced environment, while ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Preferably Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Control labour cost and monitor operating expenses to meet budget
• Work towards achieving Sales targets with the team
• Maintain daily sales collection records and bank-in
• Maintain sales reports, daily closing sales, and daily collection records
• Supervise staff and team; conduct daily briefings; coach and motivate
• Ensure SOPs followed, hygiene standards, and equipment maintenance
• Coordinate with purchaser for ordering beverages and stock
• Prepare reports including Sales Reports, Duty Rosters, Attendance, and inventory
