Job summary

Ideal candidates will be trained or certified in Windows Server, UNIX/Linux, VM, and ITIL, with good English communication and a proactive, multitasking mindset. Expect an on-site, contract-based position with bundled bonuses.

Qualifications

• Singaporean (Need to clear project clearance and pre-employment check).
• 2-3 years of working experience as a System Engineer in IT systems support.
• Willing to be on 24x7 standby.
• Diploma or equivalent in Computer / IT with 2-3 years of related experience.
• Trained or certified in Windows Server, UNIX/Linux, VM and ITIL would be advantageous.
• Analytical, proactive, able to multi-task and prioritise work.
• Good English communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers and diagnose issues.
• Escalate problems to Tier 2 and coordinate resolutions.
• Assist with system documentation and procedures.
• Perform health checks and monitor availability of systems.
• Manage mailbox migrations and ensure smooth transitions for clients.
