Job summary

Tap Growth ai in Singapore is seeking an ICT Operations Support Engineer to join our team on-site. You will handle daily IT operations, resolve technical issues, and maintain high service standards for enterprise systems.

The role requires hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Intune and Entra ID, along with incident and service request management. A Diploma or Degree in IT or related field is preferred, with about four years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Around 4 years of relevant experience in IT Operations, IT Administration or Workplace Support.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID/Active Directory.
• Experience with ServiceNow/ITSM, incident and service request management.
• Experience in user onboarding/offboarding and access administration.
• Experience in endpoint provisioning and asset management.
• Experience coordinating with vendors/MSPs.
• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline.
• Familiarity with government ICT processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage ICT service requests, incidents and operational support within SLAs.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID and workplace technologies.
• Support user onboarding/offboarding, account and access management.
• Manage endpoint provisioning, software installation and ICT asset records.
• Coordinate with vendors and MSPs for service fulfilment.
• Monitor vendor performance, service reports and outstanding requests.
• Support ICT governance, audit, cybersecurity and compliance activities.
• Maintain operational documentation and audit trails.
