Job summary

UNITED PEST & VECTOR MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a hands-on General Manager to run daily operations and drive growth through digital marketing and data-driven decisions.

You will own P&L, generate online leads, manage a small field team, inspect sites, quote jobs, and stay customer-focused. Pest control experience is a plus; strong operations and commercial mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or coordinating a service, field-operations or trade business and driving results.
• Ability to plan and schedule a field team and keep jobs on time and to standard.
• Confidence dealing with customers directly—site visits, quotes and negotiations.
• Commercial judgement: pricing, costs, margins and chasing receivables.
• Hands-on with fieldwork; not a desk-based management role.
• Willingness to learn pest control and obtain relevant certification.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence for islandwide travel.
• Excellent spoken and written English for proposals and marketing output.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee residential, commercial and emergency pest control jobs.
• Schedule technicians daily by workload, location and urgency.
• Review service reports; monitor quality and callback rate.
• Manage stock and procurement of chemicals, equipment and vehicles.
• Conduct site inspections, prepare quotations and support the team in the field.
