Job summary

All Out Pest Management Pte Ltd, based in Singapore, is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base, increase revenue, and strengthen market presence in the environmental services sector.

You will prospect, present tailored proposals, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure, while building lasting relationships and driving retention and upselling opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in environmental services, facilities management, or B2B sales is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow client base and revenue.
• Prepare and present customized proposals, quotations, and service packages.
• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure and follow-up.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and upselling.
• Conduct site surveys and needs assessments at prospective client locations.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
• Track and report sales pipeline, activity metrics, and revenue targets.
• Support preparation of tender submissions and government procurement bids.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
