Job summary

United Pest & Vector Management Pte Ltd is seeking a Pest Control Technician to inspect premises, perform treatments, and advise clients on preventive measures. The role requires a valid Singapore driving licence, a positive attitude, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Valid Singapore Class 2B or Class 3 driving licence.
• Positive attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and customer service-oriented.
• Physically fit and comfortable working indoors and outdoors.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in pest management is an advantage but not essential.
• Candidates without experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections at residential, commercial, industrial, and F&B premises to identify pest infestations and potential risks.
• Perform pest management treatments using approved methods and equipment in accordance with NEA regulations and company procedures.
• Identify pest entry points and recommend effective preventive measures to clients.
• Prepare accurate service reports and maintain proper treatment records.
• Ensure all equipment, tools, and company vehicles are maintained in good working condition.
• Provide professional advice and excellent customer service to clients.
• Adhere to workplace safety standards and company operational procedures.
• Work independently as well as collaboratively with the operations team to deliver quality service.
