Job summary

TOPGRID PEST SPECIALIST PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated Pest Control Service Specialist for a 3-month contract. You will perform daily pest control tasks, deliver excellent service at client sites, and promptly submit digital reports.

Requirements include N-Level and above, SG Class 3 Licence, and optional NEA Vector Control Licenses. 5.5 days work week and a teamwork mindset are needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum N-Level and above.
• With SG Class 3 Licence.
• NEA Vector Control Licenses will be an advantage.
• Able to commit to 5.5 Working Days.
• Service-oriented and able to work independently and as a team.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily pest control tasks following schedules and protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service and timely pest control at customer sites.
• Give feedback and handle assigned duties responsibly.
• Submit digital service reports and checklists after service.
• Perform other related duties as instructed.

Job Scope:

• Responsible for executing daily pest control tasks following operational schedules and protocols.
• Providing excellent customer service and timely pest control services at customers’ premises.
• Offering feedback and taking responsibility for assigned duties.
• Submitting digital service reports and checklists promptly after completing services.
• Performing any other work-related duties as instructed.

Requirements:

• Minimum N-Level and above.
• With SG Class 3 Licence.
• NEA Vector Control Licenses will be added advantage (candidates without licenses are welcome to apply).
