Job summary

Delta Foods in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee overall restaurant operations, budgeting, cost control, and manpower. You will ensure food hygiene, quality, and strict MUIS HALAL compliance, with rotating shifts and willingness to work weekends.

Candidates should have 7+ years in relevant field and a Master\'s degree preferred; MUIS HALAL training is a plus; overtime and rotating off-days required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in the relevant field.
• Masters Degree in Any Field Preferred.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in HALAL restaurant operations.
• MUIS HALAL training will be an added advantage.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Open weekends and public holidays.
• Willing to work with rotating off days.
