Job summary

AL MAJLIS FOODS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Restaurant Manager to oversee the newly opening outlet, coordinate daily operations, and ensure health, safety and hygiene standards are met.

You will arrange staff rosters, manage online delivery partners, handle off days and public holidays, and ensure halal requirements are strictly followed while maintaining smooth service.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree (2 Yrs) with Relevant Industry Experience.
• Good Leadership Skills
• Good Communication Skills
• Good Technical Knowledge Required for the Job
• Thorough Knowledge in the Halal Requirements and Qualification will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Newly Opening Restaurant.
• Arrange the Staff Roaster.
• Arrange All Off days for the Staff.
• Make sure all the Health, Safety & Hygiene Requirements.
• Make sure all the Halal Requirements are met.
• Ensure the smooth Functioning of the Operations and Service.
• Manage the Online Delivery Partners.
