Job summary

ALPHA SUBS PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on restaurant operations manager to oversee day-to-day halal-certified operations in Singapore. You will supervise food prep, stock management, and sales initiatives while ensuring compliance with SOPs and driving profitability.

The role requires 2+ years of similar experience, flexibility for night shifts, weekends, and public holidays, plus strong communication and customer service skills. Travel within Singapore may be needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of similar restaurant experience.
• Willing to work night shifts and on weekends/public holidays.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Able to travel within Singapore if required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day halal-certified restaurant operations.
• Oversee food preparation following hygiene standards and SOPs.
• Conduct ingredients stock takes and place orders.
• Set achievable sales targets and monitor performance.
• Prepare and execute marketing activities to drive traffic.
• Handle customer service and resolve complaints.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and manage restaurant's P&L.
