Job summary

You will support the Property Manager and team, coordinate with colleagues, and ensure procedures are followed for security and emergencies.

Qualifications

• Minimum O levels or other relevant professional certification.
• Experience in customer service or frontline work is a strong advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Open to work rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, residents and visitors with warm, professional demeanor.
• Answer telephone lines and relay information clearly and accurately.
• Maintain records and logs of service requests; track status and follow up.
• Provide administrative support to the Property Manager and team.
• Coordinate with relevant staff for assistance per operating procedures.
• Follow security and emergency procedures and respond calmly to incidents.
