Job summary

Mandarin Oriental, Singapore is seeking a Guest Services Executive (Front Office/Concierge) to join the Rooms team. Based at our iconic Marina Bay property, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding guest expectations with courteous service and proactive problem solving.

You will manage room availability, assist in VIP check-ins, and provide recommendations on dining, attractions and experiences, while upholding Legendary Quality Experiences.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business/Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high guest satisfaction and provide courteous service.
• Manage front office tasks and guest requests efficiently.
• Provide recommendations for dining, entertainment and local attractions.
• Assist in VIP check-in and coordinate with departments for group movements.
