Job summary

Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Beach Road in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Housekeeper to supervise the Guest Room Team Leader, Guest Room Ambassador, Linen Attendant and Housemen, ensuring clean, orderly, well-maintained rooms across our serviced suites. You will support the Executive Housekeeper in day-to-day operations, assign duties, inspect work, and address complaints.

The role requires hands-on leadership and coordination with Engineering for maintenance, inventory, interviewing

Qualifications

• Experience supervising housekeeping staff in a hospitality setting.
• Ability to train, supervise and motivate team members.
• Strong service orientation and attention to guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Establish standards and procedures for housekeeping staff.
• Supervise and train team members including Guest Room Team Leader and Linen Attendant.
• Conduct training on policies, procedures and equipment use.
• Inspect apartments for cleanliness and maintenance; schedule periodic cleaning.
• Report damages and coordinate with maintenance and front office.
• Interview applicants, hire staff, and support promotions and transfers.
• Maintain linen and equipment inventory and prevent abuse.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
