Job summary

OASIA RESORT SENTOSA is seeking a Guest Concierge to greet guests, assist with luggage, and deliver courteous service at the Front Office. You will advise on local attractions, transport options, and dining recommendations to enhance guest experiences.

Join a team-focused environment with rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays, while maintaining clean lobby and driveway areas and handling guest requests professionally.

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary school education or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred.
• Friendly and professional attitude with strong customer service.
• Good knowledge of local attractions, transport, and dining options.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and departure and assist with luggage.
• Collaborate with Front Office to provide courteous service.
• Establish rapport with in-house and long-staying guests and offer assistance.
• Respond to guests' requests about hotel facilities, services, and local info.
• Liaise with Reception on arrivals and departures.
• Maintain luggage storage and delivery of parcels and correspondence.
• Keep lobby, driveway, and luggage areas clean and presentable.
• Stay informed about hotel's events and assist with directions.
