CapitaLand Investment Limited is seeking a Guest Services Associate for our Serviced Residence. You will support daily guest service operations and create a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring residents feel at home.

Reporting to the Manager or Assistant Manager, Guest Service, you will handle check-ins/outs, front desk duties, bookings, and inquiries. You will interact with residents, assist with travel arrangements, manage accounts, and contribute to a smooth, warm resident experience in a busy

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant hospitality experience
• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent
• Service-oriented with a passion for learning
• Willingness to perform shifts

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with check-in and check-out procedures
• Ensure front desk coverage and resident attention
• Issue apartment access key cards
• Attend to residents’ queries and needs promptly
• Provide recommendations on nearby amenities and help with travel/restaurant bookings
• Manage resident accounts and apartment availability in the system
• Perform basic bookkeeping and reservations
• Assist onboarding of new employees
• Respond to queries via walk-ins, emails and calls
• Record resident feedback and escalate to supervisors
• Handle cash and residents’ valuables securely
• Perform related tasks as assigned
