CapitaLand Group in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Night Guest Services professional to support daily operations for our Serviced Residence. You will handle check-ins/outs, reservations, and guest inquiries during the night shift, ensuring accurate cash handling and end-of-day accounting.

The role focuses on delivering a welcoming, home-away-from-home experience, balancing reports, and addressing guest feedback. A strong service ethic and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front desk operations.
• Strong cash handling and balancing skills.
• Ability to process check-ins/outs during night shifts.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Make and confirm reservations.
• Respond to queries via walk-ins, emails, and calls.
• Handle cash floats and balance end of shift.
• Verify revenue and follow up on discrepancies.
• Record transactions accurately at the front desk.
• Perform end-of-day bookkeeping, auditing and reconciliation.
• Record residents’ complaints and perform service recovery.
• Produce daily end-of-day reports.
• Carry out related tasks as assigned.
