The Warehouse Hotel is a heritage hotel along the Singapore River, offering design-led rooms that blend heritage with contemporary comfort for a quietly luxurious experience.

The Front Office team seeks an enthusiastic guest-focused individual to manage check-ins, reservations, and enquiries as part of our service-oriented operations. Training provided; ideal for those starting a career in hospitality in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Must have education in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or equivalent.
• Entry-level experience or specialization in Hotel Management or Tourism Services preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently to ensure smooth arrivals and departures.
• Enter all reservations promptly and accurately to maintain up-to-date booking records.
• Respond to guest enquiries and resolve complaints to ensure positive guest experiences.
• Attend to guest needs proactively to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Follow up on email enquiries to provide timely and clear communication.
• Collaborate closely with Housekeeping and Maintenance departments to coordinate guest services and resolve issues.
• Execute additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Front Office or Hotel Manager.

Formation

Higher Secondary/Pre-U/A level/College education in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or equivalent
