Job summary

Mission Group in Singapore is hiring a Guest Relations Executive across Willow, Firebird, Carlitos, Casa Vostra, temper., Chin Mee Chin, and Petra. You’ll manage reservations and seating, greet guests, and work closely with front-of-house and management to ensure a smooth dining experience.

You’ll build relationships with regular guests, handle enquiries, and maintain high standards of hospitality across casual to fine dining concepts. Opportunities exist for pre-openings in 2027.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest relations, restaurants, hotels, or other customer-facing hospitality roles.
• Familiarity with reservation management systems is preferred.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests, providing a friendly, personalised experience.
• Manage reservations, seating, and walk-in enquiries efficiently.
• Understand the reservations system and seating plan to support service.
• Build relationships with regular guests and note guest preferences.
• Assist guests with menu, restaurant, and reservation inquiries.
• Collaborate with service, kitchen and management for a seamless experience.
• Monitor guest flow and ensure timely, comfortable attention.
• Handle guest feedback, special requests, and service recovery professionally.
• Maintain accurate reservation details and guest information with confidentiality.
• Respond to calls, emails, and guest enquiries promptly.
• Ensure entrance and guest areas are clean, organised, and presented.
• Support Floor Captain and front-of-house operations daily.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and other duties as required.
• Uphold hospitality standards, presentation, and professionalism.
