Job summary

You will handle payments at the POS, assist with menu inquiries and takeaway requests, keep the reception area tidy, and collaborate with the service team to deliver efficient, customer‑centred service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests professionally and provide a warm first impression.
• Manage reservations, seating, waiting lists and enquiries with the service team.
• Handle guest feedback and escalate issues to management when required.
• Operate the POS system, process payments, issue receipts and maintain records.
• Assist guests with menu enquiries, takeaway requests and delivery of attentive service.
• Maintain a clean and organized front counter and reception area.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company.
