Italia PTE. LTD. on Joo Chiat Road, Singapore, is hiring a Host & Guest Relations Manager to oversee reservations, guest welcome, seating and turnover, and to maximise bookings.

You will lead and train Guest Relations Executives, coordinate with kitchen and service teams, assist with orders and F&B service, and address guest concerns including Google feedback. The role offers 48–51 hours weekly, salary SGD 4,000–5,200 per month, with benefits such as 12 days annual leave, attendance incentives,

Qualifications

• Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and service orientation.
• Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.
• Proactively take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Fluent in English; hotel or restaurant customer service experience preferred (≥3 years).

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations, calls, WhatsApp enquiries and guest requests promptly.
• Welcome guests, manage seating, walk-ins and table turnover.
• Maximise bookings and maintain guest profiles with preferences.
• Lead and train Guest Relations Executives to deliver warm, professional service.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
• Assist with orders, food and beverage service, clearing and resetting tables.
• Handle guest concerns and review Google feedback to improve service.
• Manage booking deposits, cancellations and shift handovers.
